Dr. Cracolici graduated from Michigan State University with High Honors in 2011 and from the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in 2015 where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
He completed residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the University of Chicago including serving as Chief Resident. He is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and completed fellowship training in Head & Neck/Endocrine Pathology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
Dr. Cracolici also has additional post-graduate training in Medical Education, Research, Innovation, and Scholarship through the Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago. He has been a Staff Pathologist and Assistant Professor of Pathology at the Cleveland Clinic since 2020.
Dr. Cracolici practices exclusively Head & Neck Pathology at the Cleveland Clinic which includes internal cases, frozen sections, and numerous consultations. He has an active academic career with multiple invited review articles currently pending publication. He has presented at the USCAP annual conference and was an invited speaker at the 2021 ASCP annual meeting. He is an ad hoc reviewer for multiple pathology journals and has a close educational relationship with Cleveland-area dental professional societies. He is a member of the North American Society for Head & Neck Pathology.
