Marsha C. Kinney [M.D.]

Dr. Kinney received her B.A in Molecular Biology, from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, her M.S. in biology from Abilene Christian University, and her M.D. from the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School. She took her residency training in pathology and a fellowship in hematopathology in the Department of Pathology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Kinney is Professor and the Director of the Division of Hematopathology in the Department of Pathology, University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She serves on the Editorial Boards of the American Journal of Surgical Pathology and the American Journal of Clinical Pathology. She is the author or co-author of numerous articles on her original research and has contributed eleven chapters to text books of hematopathology. She has made invited presentations on subjects in hematopathology at innumerable national and international conferences.
